CPDI’s technical engineers provide customer service to our customers throughout the world and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To ensure responsive and effective customer service, CPDI technical engineers enter all problem incidents and service requests into our database. This system tracks events from initial call through resolution enabling CPDI to ensure that problems are resolved in a consistent and timely manner.
As part of your ongoing maintenance and support, updates, enhancements and modifications for ComControl and NetControl are provided at no additional charge. CPDI’s technical engineers can remotely access each customer’s system using modems and dial-up access software and perform all system diagnostics remotely.
